This program is a federally funded, residential energy conservation program.  The program provides free home energy conservation services to homeowners and renters.  These services reduce energy use and lower utility bills, thus creating more self-sufficient households. Services include:

3.       Foundation Insulation

4.       Air Leakage Reduction

5.       Smoke Detectors

6.       Dryer Venting

7.       Window and Door Audit

Energy Education

This class informs clients on how to reduce the cost of heating their home as well as how to save on your monthly electrical usage. An Energy Savings kit is given to each client as well as a stipend toward one of your utility bills.  Please contact MCOP ext. 235 for more information.
