Emergency Housing Rehab Program

This program offers qualifying homeowners with one rehabilitation project on their home.  Rehabilitation projects can include, but are not limited to: roofing repair/replacement, furnace repair/replacement, duct work repair/replacement, furnace repair/replacement, and well repair/replacement.  Please contact MCOP ext. 202 for more information.

Assistance Program

This Program assists qualifying homebuyers with down payment, closing, and rehabilitation costs toward the purchase of a home.  Please contact MCOP ext. 202 for more information.

This program is a federally funded, residential energy conservation program.  The program provides free home energy conservation services to homeowners and renters.  These services reduce energy use and lower utility bills, thus creating more self-sufficient households. Services include: 1.        Wall Insulation, 2. Attic Insulations and Ventilation, 3. Foundation Insulation, 4.  Air Leakage Reduction, 5.  Smoke Detectors, 6.  Dryer Venting, 7.  Window and Door Audit, 8. Furnace Tune and Clean
