This program has limited funding; it is a grant that comes periodically throughout the year to help with back taxes.  A client must have income 50% AMI, but enough to cover all expenses.  For more information please contact MCOP ext. 225 for more information.

This program is a one-time emergency offering for low-income residents in need.  Please contact MCOP ext. 201 for more information.

This program offers qualifying homeowners with one rehabilitation project on their home.  Rehabilitation projects can include, but are not limited to: roofing repair/replacement, furnace repair/replacement, duct work repair/replacement, furnace repair/replacement, and well repair/replacement.  Please contact MCOP ext. 202 for more information.

This program provides rental assistance up to 24 months for disabled homeless clients with sustaining housing stability and to live independently.  Please contact MCOP ext. 203 for more information.
